OKEREPA Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

This policy explains how the iPhone app "OKEREPA" (the "App"), provided by an independent developer (the "Developer"), handles your information.

1. Your song data is not sent to the Developer

The App has no sign-up or login, and the Developer does not operate any servers. The song titles, artist names, keys, folders, images and other data you enter in the App ("Your Data") are stored only on your device and are never sent to the Developer.

2. Information stored on your device

If you delete the App, this information is also deleted from your device. To keep a backup, use "Export Backup" in the App's Settings. You choose where the backup file is saved, and it is not sent to the Developer.

3. Information sent to third-party services

The App communicates with the following services to provide some features.

Cover art search (Apple)

When you use "Find Artwork" or "Add missing artwork", the song titles and artist names used for the searches are sent to Apple's search service to receive matching cover art images. Apple handles this information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen using Google AdMob, an advertising service of Google LLC, to earn revenue from advertising. To deliver ads, limit how often they appear, and prevent fraud, Google may collect information about your device and connection (such as your IP address and the approximate location estimated from it, device type and identifiers, OS version, records of ads shown and tapped, and diagnostic information about crashes and performance). The App does not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not ask for permission to use the advertising identifier (IDFA), so the IDFA is not provided to Google. Google uses the information it collects for purposes including ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and improving its advertising services. For how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

If you purchase "Remove Ads", ads are no longer shown and the App stops communicating for advertising.

Purchases (Apple)

Purchasing and restoring "Remove Ads" is handled by Apple's App Store. The Developer does not receive any payment information.

4. Information received through inquiries

If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer receives your email address and the content of your message. This information is used only to reply to you and is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Inquiry information is kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and is deleted when no longer necessary.

5. Protection by third parties

The Developer only uses third-party services that handle your information (Apple and Google) whose own privacy policies provide the same or greater protection as this policy.

6. Deletion and requests about your information

7. Children

The App is not designed mainly for children. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App's features change. Any update will be posted on this page with a new date.

9. Developer and contact
