It helps if you include your iPhone model, iOS version, the App's version, and what happened. Please do not include numbers or other content from your cards. The App is made by an independent developer, so replies may take some time.

For how to use the App, see How to Use.

FAQ

Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. The Developer runs no servers, and the App does not communicate over the internet. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I move my data to a new iPhone?
Open Keepfolio on your old iPhone, choose Settings → Export, set a password and save the file. On your new iPhone, open Keepfolio, choose Settings → Import and enter the same password. Moving your whole iPhone (Quick Start or restoring from an encrypted backup) also brings your data across.

I forgot the password for my exported file.
No one, including the Developer, can open it. Please export again with a new password.

What happens to my data if I delete the App?
It is removed from your device. Always make a backup with "Export" before deleting the App.

I can't open a protected line.
Face ID and a passcode must be set up on your iPhone. Check Settings → Face ID & Passcode on your iPhone.

The icon badge doesn't appear.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apps → Keepfolio → Notifications and turn on Badges. Expiry lines set to "Don't Notify" are not counted.

I can't create a sixth card.
The free version lets you create up to 5 cards. The paid version has no limits. If you delete a card, you can create another.

I bought Keepfolio but still can't create a sixth card.
Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings. You need to be signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase. The same applies if you use it through Family Sharing.

I would like a refund.
Payments are handled by Apple, so please request a refund from Apple.

How do I change the language?
The App appears in Japanese or English, following your iPhone's language setting.
